These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mastersource digital menu application or website provided by Mastersource Global Services . By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Account and Subscription

Account Creation: To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fees as specified in your chosen plan if you selected recurring .  Subscription fees are typically billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Free Trials: We may offer free trials of the Service. Trial periods are limited and will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial billing cycles.

Modifications to Plans: We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans and pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to your subscription.

2. Use of the Service
